通(tong)常(chang)情況下,電容的性能參數需要用專用的檢(jian)測(ce)設備(bei)檢(jian)測(ce),在條件有限的情況下,我(wo)們(men)可以用萬用表代替使用,快讀簡單的測(ce)試。
一、萬用表電阻擋的正確選擇
因為電(dian)解電(dian)容的容量(liang)(liang)(liang)較一般固定電(dian)容大得多,所以,應針對不同容量(liang)(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)合(he)適的量(liang)(liang)(liang)程。根(gen)據經驗(yan),一般情(qing)況下,1~47UF間的電(dian)容,可用(yong)R*1K擋測量(liang)(liang)(liang),大于47UF的電(dian)容可以用(yong)R*100擋測量(liang)(liang)(liang)。
二(er)、測量(liang)漏電阻
將萬用表紅表筆接負極(ji),黑(hei)表筆接正極(ji)。要(yao)剛(gang)接觸的瞬間,萬用表指針(zhen)即向右偏(pian)轉較大(da)幅度(對于同一(yi)電阻(zu)(zu)擋,容量越(yue)大(da),擺(bai)幅越(yue)大(da)),接著逐(zhu)漸向左回(hui)轉,直到(dao)停在某(mou)一(yi)位置。然(ran)后,將紅黑(hei)表筆對調,萬用表指針(zhen)將重(zhong)復(fu)上述擺(bai)動現象。但(dan)此時所測阻(zu)(zu)值為電解電容的反向漏(lou)電阻(zu)(zu),此值略小(xiao)于正向漏(lou)電阻(zu)(zu)。
即反向漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)流比正(zheng)向漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)流要大。實際使用(yong)經驗表明,電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(rong)的(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)阻一(yi)般應在(zai)幾百K歐姆以上,否則(ze),將不能正(zheng)常工作(zuo)。
在測試中,若(ruo)正向反向均(jun)無充電(dian)現(xian)象(xiang),即指針不動,則說(shuo)明容量消失或內部短路,如果所測阻值很小或為零,說(shuo)明電(dian)容漏電(dian)大或已(yi)擊穿(chuan)損壞(huai),不能再(zai)使用。
三、極性判別
對于正(zheng)負極(ji)標志(zhi)不明的(de)(de)電解電容器,可利用上述測量漏電阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)方法加(jia)以判別。即先任意測一下漏電阻(zu)(zu),記(ji)住其大小,然后(hou)交換表筆再測出一個阻(zu)(zu)值。兩次(ci)測量中阻(zu)(zu)值朋的(de)(de)那一次(ci)便是正(zheng)向接(jie)法,即,黑表筆接(jie)的(de)(de)是正(zheng)極(ji),紅表筆接(jie)的(de)(de)是負極(ji)。
